How are watches sent ?

We usually send with ECI International Postal Courier which has a tracking service.
Delivery takes 3 -5 business days, depending on destination.

What are the freight and insurance charges ?

For parcels up to 1 kg.

$43 (AUD) for sending to Australia
$42 (AUD) for sending to New Zealand
$47 (AUD) for sending to Asia
$52(AUD) for sending to North America
$55 (AUD) for sending to Europe and rest of the world

What if the watch arrives damaged or is not as described?

All watches are extremely well packaged but in case of any damage in transit or misrepresentation, the watch may be returned to us within 3 days of delivery for full refund.  We must be notified before any returns are initiated.

What if the watch does not arrive at its destination ?

All parcels sent via ECI courier have Airway Bill Numbers for tracking purposes and are insured.
If a parcel does not arrive, you would need to contact us so we can initiate a tracking inquiry.  If this is unsuccessful, you would need to send us a statutory declaration which would then be processed by our insurance company.

How much will I actually be charged when I pay with a foreign currency credit card ?

Your credit card will be charged the agreed Australian dollar amount on the signed order form that you fax to us.  Your card issuer will convert that amount to your local currency using  its own exchange rate that applies at the time that they process the transaction.   We provide a link to a currency conversion site so that you can determine the approximate cost of a watch in your local currency but you should use these rates for indication purposes only.
