What are your payment options?
Payment options for watches sold within Australia: • Cash; • Direct Bank transfer/deposit; • Credit cards – Visa and MasterCard to approved customers; additional fees apply; • Bank Cheque – watches will only be dispatched after cheques are cleared, which can take up to 5 working days; • Paypal – incurs a 3% fee.
Payment options for International orders:
Direct Bank transfer in Australian Dollars only.
What are the freight and insurance charges?
Australian deliveries: we provide fully insured overnight shipping via TNT at a cost of $50 per item up to 1 kilogram. Any variation of this facility may require the recipient to bear extra charges and/or insurance costs. International deliveries: we provided fully insured shipping by EMS International Courier at a cost of $95 per item up to 500grams to most destinations. There are a few exceptions which our insurance provider will not cover – please contact us if you are in doubt. Any variation of this facility may require the recipient to bear extra charges and/or insurance costs. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes or local charges that may be levied on imports.
Who is responsible for customs duty and taxes?
Every country is different. You need to check regulations for your own country.
What if the watch arrives damaged or is not as described?
All watches are extremely well packaged but in case of any damage in transit or misrepresentation, the watch may be returned to us within 3 days of delivery for full refund. We must be notified before any returns are initiated.
What if the watch does not arrive at its destination?
All parcels dispatched have tracking numbers and are fully insured. If a parcel does not arrive, you would need to contact us so we can initiate a tracking inquiry. If this is unsuccessful, you would need to send us a statutory declaration which would then be processed by our insurance company.
Are you able to sell any watch?
We deal in premium brand Swiss watches.
Should I consign or sell outright?
You can consign a watch which will guarantee an agreed price to you. Our commission on sale is 10% after GST. Funds are transferred after the sale. Alternatively you can sell your watch to us outright and receive the funds immediately. The price we pay will vary slightly from the consignment option.
Does it matter where I am located?
We can accept watches from clients located anywhere in Australia.
What do you charge for your consignment service?
Our commission is 10%.
Who decides the selling price?
This is a mutually agreed figure based on our experience and market competitiveness.
My watch is not working/requires servicing, can you help?
We can assist you in having the watch serviced, however you will pay for this work prior to the watch being accepted for sale.
Are there any disadvantages selling through you?
• We have 25 years experience selling premium watches. • Your watch will be promoted and marketed on our web-site. • Your watch is fully insured whilst in our possession.
How long does it take to sell my watch?
There is no fixed commitment. It could be 24 hours or 6 months.
What if you fail to sell my watch?
We offer you different strategy options. You can take the watch back at anytime.
If I opt for the consignment option do you have to take physical possession of my watch?
Absolutely. We also require Box and Papers, so that if a consignment piece is sold the purchaser can take immediate delivery.
How and when do I get paid?
• Consignment: When the watch is sold. We will put the funds into your nominated Bank account or alternatively send you a cheque. • Outright Purchase: Payment immediately
